1 hour Semi-private Fusion $26.00 per person taxes in. 

1/2 hour Private Pilates/Training $24.00 taxes in.

1/2 hour Semi-private Pilates/Training $18.00 per person taxes in.

1 hour Private Yoga; $24.00 taxes in.

1 hour Semi-private Yoga $18.00 per person taxes in.

HIIT - Strength & Move

Heron House HIIT strength & Move is a mixed fitness class that incorporates interval training through movement & strength exercises with free weights. You will be challenged with a variety of exercises that will enhance your everyday lives, improving your posture, balance and neuroplasticity. You will leave this class feeling invigorated

1 hour class, $13.00 taxes in.

Mixed 15

Heron House Mixed 15 is a 1 hour fitness class that incorporates 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of Pilates, 15 minutes of strength using free weights, ending with 15 minutes of yoga stretching. This fast paced workout will set you up for the week.
